What counts as one video?
One finished 15-second performance from one photo on a standard stage. Future premium stages may use more than one video; the cost is always shown before you start.
Do my videos expire?
Pack videos stay valid for 12 months. Monthly plan videos roll over for one extra month. Yearly plan videos arrive all at once and stay valid for 12 months.
How do I cancel a plan?
In Settings › Billing, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your remaining videos stay usable until they expire.
What is the refund policy?
If a render fails, the video is refunded to your balance automatically. Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days by contacting support. Plans are not refunded for partial periods. In the EU, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once a video has been generated, because delivery starts immediately at your request.
Which currency and tax apply?
Prices are shown in US dollars, euros, pounds, Canadian or Australian dollars depending on where you are, and you can change the currency on the pricing page. EU, UK and Australian prices include VAT or GST; elsewhere any tax is calculated at checkout from your address. Receipts arrive by email and stay in Settings › Payments.
Can I start right after buying?
Usually, yes. Every purchase adds studio time for its own videos. On a rare busy day a render may have to wait until the next day (00:00 UTC); your videos stay in your balance meanwhile.
